Embracing Grief to Open Flow
Grief is a powerful, often misunderstood force. It’s not just the loss we experience in our lives today; it’s also the grief held deep within us—whether personal, ancestral, or even collective. Left unacknowledged, grief can become a subtle barrier, stifling our ability to manifest, connect, and thrive. That’s why I’ve recorded a new session to help you explore, honor, and release these layers of grief.
In this recording, we dive into understanding grief from multiple perspectives:
Personal Grief This can be fresh or long-standing. Perhaps you lost a loved one recently or decades ago, or you’re carrying the grief of unrealized dreams, of moments lost to time. Every experience leaves an imprint, and giving ourselves the grace to revisit these memories allows healing to unfold.
Ancestral Grief We carry the stories of those who came before us—our ancestors, parents, and grandparents. Their unresolved emotions can quietly echo within us. Recognizing these stories and holding space for them brings not only healing to us but to the lineages we come from and will pass on.
Collective Grief In today’s world, there’s a shared sorrow for the challenges humanity faces. Whether it’s environmental concerns, societal shifts, or cultural struggles, we’re often affected by a sense of communal grief. Acknowledging this collective sorrow and offering it compassion allows us to step forward in hope and empowerment.
This recording and the google doc of questions provide an invitation to explore these layers of grief with love and compassion, releasing what no longer serves and allowing the flow of new energy into your life.
By moving through grief, you open your energetic flow, creating space for new manifestations, deepening relationships, and inviting prosperity. The journey isn’t always easy, but with each step, you’ll feel your heart lighten and your spirit expand, ready to embrace abundance and connection.
