Dear one, I’m honored you’ve stopped by and appreciate you taking the time to connect.

I’ve been studying spirituality and applying it to the practical aspects of life for all of my adult life.  At the age of eleven, I fell in love with the process of creating when I began making up dances. I’ve been exploring the tools of creation ever since as a dancer, entrepreneur, teacher, and author.

I come from a long line of entrepreneurs and have owned my own business for over twenty-five years. (More if we count the early years of my baby sitting business.) One of my favorite business successes was co-owning and running a 500 pupil ballet school and selling my dance classroom programs internationally. I loved the world of tutu’s and performances but I heard an internal call to transform and began the journey of facilitating personal development programs.

I began helping people deepen their spirituality, activate their inner priest/ess, navigate transformation, and learn to connect to the natural world so they could use their inner guidance to more consciously create their lives.

An enormous part of these teachings has been discovering how the masculine and feminine principles learn to co-create together, both inside and out. When these two aspects work well together in a person’s life their creation dance becomes more filled with grace and ease.

Creation tools work exactly the same way no matter what it is we apply them to: better relationships, health, business building, increasing income, dancing through life, or living in harmony with Nature. Just like the physical art of dancing, dancing with the principles of creation takes practice.

I continue to play with creation in my own life and business, allowing things to grow and evolve to their next natural stage. A few years ago I undertook another career transformation when I began taking the teachings I had been sharing in smaller group settings out to the world in a larger way. I wrote my first book and conquered my fear of technology so I could share my programs online. I love the ease with which we can now work together no matter where you live. I adore travel and may be in your area of the world sometime so we can connect in person.

A few years ago, I was chosen by the publisher Hay House as one of their movers and shakers. You can see my winning video below which is filled my up close and personal encounter with mama bear and her three cubs. It was a deeply transformative experience, as you can well imagine, and in the video I tell you the impact it had on my consciousness.

The video was filmed and edited by my husband and creative partner Prescott Hill. 

You find my work scattered with his wonderful designs and illustrations. Our powerful co-creative relationship has been the result of deep inner work with the masculine and feminine in my own life.

The teachings I share come from personal experience, divine download, connection to nature, and my relationship to source. I hold every aspect of life as a sacred avenue for increasing inner wisdom and learning to more consciously create.
