Welcome! I'm delighted that you've stopped by to connect. I'd like to provide you with a little background on why I'm here and how I might be of help to you and your business.
In the spring of 2019, after licensing out my former business of 20 years and fully opening to what was next, my husband and I were listening to the "Money Revealed" podcast when we first heard Roger James Hamilton.
I'd been seeking the next level of entrepreneurial training and development so I could be able to more effectively help others grow their businesses. Even after owning two businesses spanning over 27 years, I was hungry to have more skills and as soon as we heard Roger, I knew I'd found a true teacher and a mentor for this journey.
Roger believes entrepreneurs have the freedom and innovation capacity to solve the world’s problems.
Since connecting to Roger's companies and getting the requisite training I've become a Flow and Performance Consultant as well as faculty with GeniusU/Entrepreneurs Institute. Through this work, I help people understand the type of Genius they are so they can align with their personal best "flow" to really grow their business with clear direction.
Because I've designed and facilitated more workshops, classes, trainings, products, and certifications than I can count and helped thousands of people across multiple fields increase their influence, I decided to help others with these skills and considered it important for the world.
You see, the more thought leaders know how to facilitate profound client transformation and leverage certifications in their business, the more they can accelerate their purpose-filled global impact. That's when I created Impact Certifications.
I draw on my own extensive nature-centered certifications, my experience as faculty, Flow, and Performance Consultant with Entrepreneur Institute/GeniusU, in order to help others create global impact.
I'm an avid gardener and I love living life on the land, outside Atlanta GA with my precious illustrator hubby and 4 cats.
Before Covid, I'd stepped up to be the Atlanta City Leader of the global Entrepreneur Movement and we were hosting in-person monthly Entrepreneur Socials. Now you'll find me facilitating microschools on GeniusU and helping thought leaders design more leverage into their business with certifications that are the right level for where they are in their business.

Lisa Michaels is an experienced and accomplished entrepreneur, professional coach, facilitator, and author. She began exercising her Dynamo Genius when she acquired a Georgia-based ballet school and grew it to 500 pupils; developing programs and teams, overseeing marketing/PR, and licensing products to schools.
Her next venture involved coaching, creating workshops, and training facilitators. Not surprisingly for a Creator, she devised a unique business concept. She combined her deep understanding of body movement and accelerated learning techniques with a proprietary set of growth/development tools, then infused them with memorable metaphors from nature.
Lisa’s body of work through workshops, books, and online courses has empowered thousands to let go of counter-productive habits and mindsets; clarify options; establish new goals/strategies, and flesh out action plans that factor business mission and/or human spirit (known strengths, true purpose).
Currently, she’s actively assisting entrepreneurs to access their flow and utilize certifications in order to leverage and scale their business and transform the lives of their clients.
As a leading learner, Lisa’s focus is on wealth creation to support the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals.
She is building on her base of knowledge of a range
of industries, business models, finance, and investing while serving as a Flow and Performance Consultant, faculty for GeniusU/Entrepreneurs Institute, and helping thought leaders facilitate transformation and leverage certifications to accelerate purpose-filled global impact!
